Troy Prehab Level 1 Training Course
This one-day 4 hour seminar is a hands-on, practical and theory-based workshop in which coaches and athletes are exposed to the principles of Troy Prehab and their movement and mobility method of preventing injury, resolving pain and optimizing athletic performance.
Performance can be seriously disrupted by dysfunctional movement patters and underlying restrictions in mobility. This course exposes attendees to a systematic approach to making the sometimes unseen or overlooked factors that impede performance visible. This course highlights common movement errors that can cause injury and reduce an athlete’s speed, power, endurance and strength. It teaches you how to best maintain natural function and harness genetic potential. This course will highlight and demonstrate the importance of Prehab and mobility using the Troy Prehab pack. Participants will leave the course with the knowledge of the sequence of movements to perform pre and post training to prevent and treat injuries.
